Terms and Conditions – GoPKWin Online Gaming Platform Pakistan

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member," "you") and GoPKWin ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the website at gopkwin.ws and all associated services, games, features, and content.

By registering a GoPKWin account, depositing funds, placing any wager, or using any part of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. If you have any questions about these Terms before registering, please contact GoPKWin support at support@gopkwin.ws before proceeding.

These Terms apply alongside GoPKWin's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform at the relevant time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game rule, the specific game rule takes precedence for that game only.

GoPKWin strictly limits real-money participation to adults. The following eligibility requirements apply to all members without exception:

• Minimum age: You must be 18 years of age or older to create a GoPKWin account and engage in any real-money gaming activity. GoPKWin takes underage access extremely seriously and conducts verification checks at registration and at the point of first withdrawal.
• Geographic eligibility: You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is not explicitly prohibited by local law. GoPKWin operates primarily for Pakistani users and assumes no responsibility for your compliance with local laws outside Pakistan.
• Personal capacity: You must be acting on your own behalf, with full legal capacity to enter binding agreements. You may not create a GoPKWin account on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• Not self-excluded: If you have previously requested self-exclusion from GoPKWin and your exclusion period has not expired, you are not eligible to create a new account. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a serious violation of these Terms.
• Not an employee: GoPKWin employees, contractors, and immediate family members of employees are not permitted to hold active real-money gaming accounts.

GoPKWin reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending review.

Each individual may hold only one GoPKWin account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity information or different details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number, valid email address, and date of birth. You must keep this information up to date throughout your membership. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms.

• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. GoPKWin will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Do not share your credentials with anyone.
• Unauthorised access: You must notify GoPKWin immediately at support@gopkwin.ws if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission. GoPKWin accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access attributable to your failure to secure your credentials.
• Verification: GoPKWin may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any point during your account lifecycle. Accepted documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card).
• Account currency: All GoPKWin accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Displayed amounts use the Rs symbol. There are no foreign currency accounts on GoPKWin.

GoPKWin processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200
• Accepted methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard bank cards issued by Pakistani banks.
• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash typically reflect in your GoPKWin balance within 60 seconds. IBFT transfers may take up to two hours during peak banking hours.
• GoPKWin does not charge a deposit processing fee. Any fee charged by your payment provider is the responsibility of the member.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit.
• GoPKWin's internal target for withdrawal processing is five minutes. The vast majority of withdrawals complete within this window. Occasionally, first withdrawals or large amounts may require additional verification before processing.
• GoPKWin reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification before processing any single withdrawal exceeding Rs 50,000.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in Section 5.
• GoPKWin does not charge a withdrawal fee, but your payment provider's standard fees may apply.

Transaction disputes: If you believe a deposit has not been credited or a withdrawal has not been received, contact GoPKWin support at support@gopkwin.ws within 72 hours of the transaction. Disputes raised after this window may be more difficult to investigate.

GoPKWin offers promotional bonuses to new and existing members from time to time. Accepting any bonus constitutes acceptance of the specific terms for that bonus as published on the promotion page, in addition to these general terms.

• Welcome Bonus: New members may be eligible for a deposit match bonus on their first qualifying deposit. Specific match percentage, maximum bonus amount, and minimum deposit requirement are displayed on the promotion page at the time of registration.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become withdrawable. The wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is specified on the relevant promotion page. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on GoPKWin is 20× the bonus amount.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting and PSL betting contribute 100%. Casino games including ludo, fishing games, and crash games contribute 100%. Baccarat may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.
• Bonus validity: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be used within 30 days of being credited. Unused bonus funds expire after this period without notice or compensation.
• One bonus per person/household/device: GoPKWin's one-account-per-person policy extends to bonuses. Only one welcome bonus is available per person, household, IP address, and device.
• Bonus forfeiture: GoPKWin reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct that violates these Terms or the spirit of the promotion.

All games available on GoPKWin operate according to published rules accessible from within each game's information panel. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. GoPKWin's commitment to fair play means the following applies across all titles:

• Certified RNG: All random outcomes — including dice rolls in ludo games, fish spawn mechanics in fishing games, dealer draws in baccarat, and multiplier outcomes in crash games — are generated by a certified, independently audited Random Number Generator. The audit certificates are accessible from your account settings under the Fair Play section.
• Published house edge: The house edge for every game on GoPKWin is disclosed in plain language in the game information panel. GoPKWin does not manipulate outcomes beyond the published house edge.
• Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, GoPKWin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the member's balance. This decision is final.
• Disconnection during a game: For multiplayer games including ludo, GoPKWin's disconnect policy is documented in the specific game rules. Generally, consecutive timeouts result in automated forfeiture to protect other players at the table.
• Bet acceptance: For sports and PSL betting, GoPKWin reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion. Bets placed after an event has started may be voided if accepted in error.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on GoPKWin and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances where evidence of violation exists:

• Creating more than one account, whether using the same or different personal information
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any verification process
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with GoPKWin's games or systems in a non-human manner
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage — this includes signalling, chip dumping, and coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit the house edge
• Systematic bonus abuse — registering multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, or deliberately structuring play to meet wagering requirements in a way that exploits the promotion structure
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets across multiple platforms or accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome
• Money laundering or using GoPKWin for any purpose other than genuine recreational gaming activity
• Attempting to access GoPKWin's systems, game logic, or backend infrastructure without authorisation
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members or GoPKWin staff via in-game chat, support channels, or any other medium

GoPKWin employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. If you believe another member is engaging in prohibited conduct, please report it to support@gopkwin.ws with as much detail as possible.

GoPKWin may suspend or permanently close a member's account in any of the following circumstances:

• Confirmed violation of any of the prohibited conduct categories listed in Section 7
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Evidence of fraudulent activity including use of stolen payment credentials
• Suspected money laundering or placement of funds derived from criminal activity
• Voluntary self-exclusion request from the member under the responsible gaming framework
• Court order or regulatory requirement compelling GoPKWin to restrict the account

When an account is suspended pending investigation, GoPKWin will notify the member via registered email and provide an indication of the reason where this does not compromise the investigation. Funds held in a suspended account are preserved pending the outcome of the review.

If an account is permanently closed due to a Terms violation, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited. Real-money deposits and winnings from real-money play may be returned at GoPKWin's discretion following a full review of the circumstances.

Voluntary closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting support@gopkwin.ws. GoPKWin will process the closure within 48 hours and will arrange the return of any eligible balance to your registered payment method.

All content on GoPKWin including the platform name, logo, website design, game graphics, written content, software, and promotional materials is the intellectual property of GoPKWin or its licensed content partners. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, transmit, publish, or commercially exploit any GoPKWin content without prior written permission.
• You may not use GoPKWin's name, logo, or any other brand identifier in a way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without written consent.
• Game content provided under licence from third-party providers retains the intellectual property rights of those providers. GoPKWin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use game content solely for personal recreational purposes via the platform.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to GoPKWin may be used by GoPKWin for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.

GoPKWin takes its data protection responsibilities seriously. The collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by GoPKWin's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

In summary, GoPKWin collects and processes personal data only for the following purposes:

• Account registration and management
• Processing financial transactions
• KYC identity verification as required
• Fraud detection, responsible gaming monitoring, and regulatory compliance
• Customer support communications
• Platform improvement and analytics (in anonymised or aggregated form)

GoPKWin does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where necessary with payment processors, identity verification partners, and regulatory bodies as required by law.

GoPKWin is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable gaming environment and takes its duty of care to all members seriously. Gaming should be an entertaining leisure activity, not a source of financial pressure or emotional harm.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications at intervals you choose reminding you how long your current session has been active.
• Reality checks: Periodic prompts during play showing your net gaming result for the current session.
• Cool-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for between 24 hours and 30 days. Your account will reactivate automatically when the period ends.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from GoPKWin for a period you select. GoPKWin will also take reasonable steps to prevent you from creating a new account during an active self-exclusion.

GoPKWin provides its platform on an "as available" basis and while we work hard to maintain uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from temporary errors.

• GoPKWin is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
• GoPKWin's total liability to any member for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• GoPKWin is not responsible for any actions, content, or claims of third-party game or payment providers beyond what is required under our service agreements with those providers.
• Nothing in these Terms limits GoPKWin's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

You use GoPKWin voluntarily and acknowledge that online gaming carries an inherent risk of financial loss. GoPKWin strongly encourages all members to read the published house edge for every game before wagering and to never wager more than they can comfortably afford to lose.

GoPKWin aims to resolve all member disputes quickly, fairly, and transparently. If you have a dispute regarding any aspect of your GoPKWin account or any game outcome, please follow this process:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your dispute to GoPKWin customer support at support@gopkwin.ws with full details including your account username, the date and time of the relevant transaction or game round, and a clear description of the issue. Support will acknowledge your message within two hours and aim to resolve standard disputes within 48 hours.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, you may request escalation to GoPKWin's senior management review team by replying to the support thread with "Escalate" in the subject line. Escalated reviews are completed within seven business days.
3. Step 3 — Final Decision: GoPKWin's senior management decision on any escalated dispute is final and binding with respect to the platform's internal process.

GoPKWin will maintain records of all disputed transactions and game outcomes for a minimum of one year to support any investigation.

GoPKWin reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, GoPKWin will notify registered members via email to their registered email address and will display a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days following the change.

Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any term, or updates required by regulatory change — may be made without advance notice but will always be reflected in the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of GoPKWin after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised document. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using GoPKWin and may request account closure at any time as described in Section 8.
